## How will Alvro work?

### For renters (guests)

- **Find a car:** once Alvro opens in Idaho and Oregon, renters will be able to book a local host's own car by the hour, day, week or month.
- **Pickup:** some hosts will offer delivery to an airport, hotel or address.
- **Protection:** protection plans will come through licensed third-party insurers.

### For hosts

- **Listing:** local car owners will be able to list the cars they own. Alvro itself doesn't own vehicles.
- Host tools previewed on alvro.com will include smart pricing, a per-car maintenance log, co-host permissions and an earnings dashboard, which will open at launch.
- **Host share:** hosts will keep up to 90% of every trip. The share will depend on the host protection tier the car is listed under: 90% (Basic), 85% (Standard) or 75% (Premium). Alvro will keep the rest as its commission.

## How will trust, safety and protection work?
