Promotions & Account Credit

Alvro sometimes offers promo codes and issues account credit. This policy explains how they apply to a booking, when they expire, and their limits. Promo codes and account credit have no cash value and can't be redeemed for cash.

• Discounts apply to the pre-tax rental subtotal (the host's daily rate × the number of days). Unless a specific offer says otherwise, they don't reduce the Alvro service fee, protection plan, extras, or taxes.
• Tax is calculated on the discounted amount — the discount is applied before tax.
• You'll see any applied code or credit itemized in your checkout breakdown before you confirm.

• Promo codes are generally single-use and can't be stacked — only one code applies per booking unless an offer explicitly says otherwise.
• Each code and credit expires on the date shown with the offer. Expired codes and credit can't be applied.
• Account credit and promo codes carry no cash value, are non-transferable, and can't be redeemed for cash.
• If a trip that used a code or credit is canceled or refunded, the discount is returned as account credit rather than cash, subject to the offer's terms.

Codes obtained through unauthorized means — resale, scraping, or use outside an offer's intended audience — will not be honored, and abusing promotions or account credit may result in the removal of the credit and action on your account. Alvro may modify or end any promotion at any time.
